The service shines at this hotel. Brianna at the front desk made a great first impression. She worked tirelessly to help find a room for us since we arrived after a long day of travel. The indoor pool area was fantastic. my kids loved it while I enjoyed some time in the hot tub. Our upgraded room was spacious and well-kept. We also appreciated the variety at breakfast. there was plenty to choose from and everything tasted fresh. However, the room needed better maintenance. There was a tear in the carpet, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and dusty. A musty smell hung in the air, which made us question its cleanliness. We also had to deal with a noisy environment at times, which affected our sleep. Overall, a solid stay, but some attention to detail is necessary.

The pullout sofa in the King Studio with Sofa Bed is incredibly uncomfortable, leaving much to be desired for a restful night. Additionally, some minor maintenance issues, like a carpet tear near the door and noticeable dust accumulation, were disappointing. A bench or outdoor table for those who smoke would improve the outdoor experience as well.

the fairfield inn had a lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated for the holidays. the indoor pool was a big draw for our family, and the staff were super friendly. breakfast was a nice variety with lots of options, which kept everyone happy. easy to find just off i-10, making it convenient.
